The Halyard collection was based on the notion of repetitions, with lines that would create a seamingly uniform surface, but produced one long chain of rope.
In this case the dogma for the shape is a half circle, that creates a bold break in any interiours.
One of the interesting features of the Halyard rugs, is the way the coils shifts direction, and how it transitions between surfaces.
The halfcircle has many benefits, one being the versatile way it can be places: Centered in a room framing furniture, aliged and touching walls.
The coils of the rugs, catches the light differently and almost creates an obtical illusion.
The softness of the wool/silk composition of the coils makes it surprisingly soft to walk across.
