The first Brdr Krüger showroom in copenhagen, using the features from the old ornamented building in a concemporary way.
Together with a warm material and color scheme, the space represents a cosy and inviting space, that entices visitors to stay a while.
An interpretation of classic high panels diverts the thoughs of a showroom towards a 1800 Copenhagen home.
A common meeting place at in a danes home is the kitchen, so we wanted to creating a feeling of being invited "home" to the menbers of the family business.
The living room area, with its large window, makes for the perfect spot for taking a moment to gaze out onto the danish capital.
The windows features soft translucent curtains, that floods the room in a warm hazy light on sunny days.
The shelving unit was specially designed for the space, to create a barrier between the entrance area and the living room.
A table with a large vase, brings your though back to an era where a hallway would be an area to greet your guests in.
